COLUMBIA S.C. (WACH) — The city of Cayce is set to become the first in South Carolina to host one of Thomas Dambo’s internationally recognized recycled-wood troll sculptures.
The Cayce City Council has approved negotiations for the project, which aims to boost tourism and long-term economic growth.
