EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio – An East Cleveland police chase that lasted mere minutes ended when the fleeing driver lost control and crashed, killing a passenger.
The incident began Tuesday around 11:30 p.m. when an East Cleveland officer spotted a reckless driver near Hayden and Shaw avenues, according to information obtained by WKYC, a news partner of cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.
