FAIRVIEW TWP. — A man from Freeland was arraigned Friday on allegations he kissed and inappropriately touched a girl inside a Fairview Township residence in 2019.
Forty Modesto Cruz, 70, of Freeland Village, was arraigned by District Judge Donald Whittaker of Nanticoke on charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors. Cruz was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $250,000 bail.
