EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Area Plan Commission for Evansville and Vanderburgh County heard Thursday a rezoning proposal which would enable a developer to turn a local church into apartments.
We previously reported in December about a rezoning request for the old St. Paul’s United Church of Christ on West Michigan Street and 12th Avenue.
