GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The City of Greenville seeks to annex and rezone about 41 acres, including Judson Mill and parts of the Sterling neighborhood.
The city’s planning commission unanimously approved both the annexation and rezoning at a meeting Thursday night. A public hearing was also held, but no speakers attended.
This request comes from the city. Local leaders and some residents say the change could impact how the area is served and developed.
