LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office wants to warn the public that there has been an increase in rental scams across the county.
Suspects may advertise homes they do not own or manage and collect weekly or month rent payments, frequently in cash, before disappearing.
