Organizers are expecting huge crowds Feb. 7 for the annual Cars on 5th in downtown Naples. As many as 25,000 people cram Fifth Avenue South every year for the luxury-car show.
That’s why Naples police are telling people to get there early to avoid traffic and find good parking.
“Expect large crowds, traffic congestion and limited parking in the area,” police wrote on Facebook. “Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.”
Closed streets for Cars on 5th in Naples
The following streets will be closed from 1 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7:
- Fifth Avenue South from Third Street South to U.S. 41,
- Sixth Street South from Fourth Avenue South to Fifth Avenue South,
- Eighth Street South from Fifth Avenue South Parkway to Cambier Parkway,
- And Park Street from Fifth Avenue South to Eighth Avenue South.
