KERRVILLE, Texas — A fifth lawsuit has been filed against Camp Mystic seven months after 27 campers and counselors died when the July 4 floodwaters swept through the camp.
The legal team for the family of eight-year-old Cile Steward, the final missing camper, filed the lawsuit Wednesday in Travis County. In the legal filing, it is said that Cile is “presumed to be deceased.”
