Marquavius McLeod back in jail, days after jury refused to indict in St. Paddy’s shooting

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A man released from jail last week after a grand jury failed to indict him in connection with a shooting after the Hal’s St. Paddy’s Parade is back behind bars.

Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones confirmed Marquavius McLeod was re-arrested Wednesday night and taken to the Hinds County Detention Center in Raymond.

He is being charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm…
