APPLETON, Wis. — Chef Terrance Wilder draws on some of his southern roots to bring something different to the Fox Valley culinary scene.
“My grandparents are from Mississippi, so we tried to incorporate that into our menu,” he said. “We have shrimp and grits, greens and cornbread, black eyed peas, chicken and waffle, wings. Just a little southern flair.”
