JACKSON — Fifteen people have been indicted and arrested following a federal and state investigation into an organized drug trafficking operation in central Mississippi.
The arrests were announced by FBI Jackson, which worked alongside the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and multiple partner law enforcement agencies on the case.
Authorities said the indictments stem from a coordinated effort to dismantle a network responsible for distributing illegal drugs throughout the region.
