NV: Four Abated Companies to Invest $341M, Generate $84M in New Tax Revenue in Nevada

The Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) has approved $27,176,749 in tax abatements. In return, these companies are projected to create 352 jobs in the next five years at an average hourly wage of $41.85. Additionally, these companies will make a capital equipment investment of $340,776,410 and generate $84,470,096 in new tax revenues over the 10-year abatement period.

“Nevada is advancing projects that strengthen regional economies while delivering benefits statewide,” said Governor Lombardo. “Today’s board approval was focused on quality employment and long-term impact, and these investments are expected to generate more than $84 million in state revenue over the next decade.”
