The “Rosetta” is a specific type of bread known in various countries “and probably the most recognizable bread in Italy,” according to the Rosetta Italian Bakery website, which states that the bread “encompasses a mix of values, tradition, and history.”
The bakery, which its website states was intended as “an official ambassador of the Italian art of baking,” is now available at a new location. In late January, the newest Rosetta Italian Bakery opened in Dunwoody’s High Street mixed-use community. This marks the bakery’s second location in Atlanta, further expanding its footprint in the metro area.
