Vehicle Pursuit: Man Held Without Bond Following Kidnapping, Theft, And Drug Charges In Calvert County

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — A Glen Burnie man is being held without bond following his arrest in Calvert County on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from a series of incidents reported on Jan. 26, 2026, according to court records.

Jeffrey Paul Voiers, 41, of Glen Burnie, was taken into custody after deputies with the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports involving a stolen vehicle, a pursuit, and allegations of kidnapping. Court documents indicate the investigation unfolded across several locations in the county, including Prince Frederick and the Barstow area.

According to statements of probable cause, deputies identified a red 2018 Toyota Corolla reported stolen out of Anne Arundel County. When officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the driver allegedly fled, leading deputies on a pursuit through multiple roadways.
