CINCINNATI (WXIX) – One adult is hospitalized with burns, and three dogs are dead from an early morning Cincinnati house fire, according to Assistant Cincinnati Fire Chief Matt Flagler.
Flames broke out shortly before 5 a.m. in the 3700 block of Llewellyn Avenue in South Cumminsville.
