COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Concerned family and friends gathered in Finlay Park Friday afternoon to hold a candlelight vigil for a woman who hasn’t been seen in more than a week.
49-year-old Sabrina Heinz was last seen on surveillance video at her job in Winsboro on Jan. 28.
