There has been a recent development in an animal cruelty investigation. The Erie County Police Department and the ANNA Shelter continue working to bring justice to a miniature Australian shepherd named Prince.
Prince was shot at close range in the head and was found dead in a dumpster behind a Broad Street store earlier this week.
