MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA, Ala. — A man with multiple felony warrants across several counties was arrested in eastern Madison County after a coordinated, multi-agency law enforcement operation.
Charles Norton, 39, was located on February 4 after investigators from the Winston County District Attorney’s Office requested assistance from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
Records show Norton had active warrants in Cherokee, Marshall, Winston, and Blount counties, as well as from the Snead Police Department and Lincoln County, Tennessee, all with statewide extradition. The Huntsville Police Department also had two ongoing fraud investigations involving him…
