TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced on Friday the seizure of 2,183 vapes to protect minors and one arrest over the illegal sale of nitrous oxide.
Last year, Uthmeier launched the Nicotine Dispensing Device Directory, a list kept on Excel that includes over 640 products “attractive to minors,” after the Florida legislature passed HB 1007 in 2024.
