According to the latest court records on PACER, JIB Foods Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 under Subchapter V. The company, which operates as Pete’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Sacramento, submitted its petition on February 4 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
JIB Foods Inc. has been defined as a small business debtor as per 11 U.S.C. § 101(51D). Court filings add that its aggregate noncontingent liquidated debts fall under $3,424,000. This amount excludes debts owed to insiders or affiliates of the brewhouse and will be changed on April 1, 2028, and every three years after that.
