Virginia lawmakers proposing controversial gun bills

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia lawmakers are considering multiple gun-related bills that have sparked arguments on both sides of the gun debate.

Among the proposed legislation is a bill aiming to ban the sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Another places age restrictions on some kinds of guns.
