Grand jury indicts 18-year-old man in Wilmington’s last 2025 shooting

A 18-year-old man has been indicted in connection with Wilmington’s final 2025 shooting that left Marcus Foster dead, according to court documents.

A wounded Foster was found in the 600 block of W. Sixth St. about 7:50 p.m. on Dec. 31, police said. The 40-year-old was then taken to an area hospital, where police said he died.
