Devin Ash, 46, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland on Feb. 6 for a pre-trial conference in a homicide case.
Ash is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of firearm use in a felony violent crime, and firearm possession in a felony or violent crime for his alleged role in a Sept. 30, 2025 fatal shooting that occurred on the 3700 block of 5th Street.
According to charging documents, Baltimore Polic Department (BPD) officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of 5th Street where, upon their arrival, they located a victim in the grass suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
