The restaurant, which already featured an extensive international lunch and dinner menu, began serving a diverse selection of breakfast items – including Italian Paninis, French toast, Venezuelan Arepas, and empanadas – at all three of its Miami-area locations.
“I was thrilled to open the newest I Heart Fries restaurant in Miami, and I looked forward to serving many more customers at our third location,” explained Araque. “Customers had been truly enjoying unique, global dining experiences at our first two fast-casual restaurants. In fact, our original restaurants had been so busy that we opened our third location to help meet that high customer demand.”
“When I first came to Miami from Venezuela, I noticed the lack of originality in American restaurants, so I opened a new restaurant concept with an international flair,” Araque continued. “I Heart Fries served traditional food from different countries – including Venezuela, Spain, Italy, and Peru – on top of hot, crispy French fries. We offered flavorful food from the international table, and everyone could get exactly what they wanted, whether they were craving Italian, Colombian, Mexican, American, or Peruvian. Our customers loved having so many delicious choices – and cultures – in one place.”
With the latest restaurant opening, I Heart Fries reached a milestone of three total locations across Miami and Deerfield Beach, FL…
