ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Beginning Monday, February 9, a portion of St. Paul Street in downtown Rochester will be partially closed.
St. Paul Street between Ward Street and Central Avenue (near Cumberland Street) will be one-way northbound, and the southbound lane will be closed due to work on the underpass in that spot. A detour for southbound traffic will be posted.
