The city of McKinney officially opened its new fire administration building, marking a major step forward in the city’s long-term investment in public safety and emergency readiness.
Located at 2100 Taylor Burk Drive, just east of the McKinney Public Safety Building, the facility anchors the McKinney Fire Department’s new headquarters campus and centralizes key operations under one roof.
A New Hub For Fire And Emergency Services
The 40,000-square-foot fire administration building now serves as the operational heart of the McKinney Fire Department. Around 40 employees from fire administration, emergency management, training, emergency medical services and the fire marshal’s office are based in the new space.
