APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – A wanted fugitive was captured in Appleton Wednesday afternoon, briefly impacting traffic.
The Appleton Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service coordinated the arrest of Isaiah Hipp, a 21-year-old Appleton man, on W. Calumet St.
Hipp tried to get away but was found with help from the police department’s drone team…
