GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) – There are not many more things that are synonymous with Wisconsin than the bratwurst, and this year’s Timber Rattlers Food Fight is giving the Wisconsin staple a spotlight.
The annual Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Food Fight is officially back for 2026, and this year’s ‘leadoff hitter’ for recipes is a Salmon’s Bratwurst. Anyone submitting a recipe is asked to feature Salmon’s original Brat, Badger, Italian, or Jalapeño & Pepper Jack Brat.
Recipes are now being accepted through Friday, February 20, before five finalists are selected for the Final Five, which is slated to be announced on February 27.
