JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — Seven people have been arrested in connection with multiple overdoses from synthetic cannabinoids at the Rock County Jail.
According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, in June 2025, authorities began an investigation into the overdoses that occurred between February 27, 2025, and July 29, 2025.
