St. Louis vape shop closed for alleged illegal THC sale to police, back open as owner appeals permit revocation

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A downtown vape shop was temporarily closed after police say the store was selling THC products illegally, months after a First Alert 4 investigation into the problem property.

The E-Z Vape and Smoke Shop sits on North 10th Street, just blocks from St. Louis City Hall and Ballpark Village. Neighbors have told First Alert 4 it’s one of the biggest trouble spots in downtown St. Louis.
