SAN ANTONIO — A woman is in the hospital after getting run over by a truck in a parking lot north of downtown Friday, police said.
It happened outside of a restaurant at La Manda and West Avenue around 11:40 a.m.
Police said a woman walking through the parking lot was run over by truck that was backing up at the time. Officers at the scene said the tires of the truck “went over her legs.”…
