SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Jim Bultas transitioned from guitarist to filmmaker to educator, now teaching children in the Ozarks the fundamentals of filmmaking.
Bultas teaches kids everything from pitching and writing to using film equipment. He said the program boosts children’s confidence while giving them practical skills in storytelling and production.
