Anti-ICE walkout at Matheson Jr High disrupted after man allegedly threatens to shoot demonstrators

MAGNA, Utah (ABC4) — During a massive walkout organized by junior high school students, police arrested a man accused of agitating young protesters, threatening to shoot.

Cheyenne Jacob Webb, 34, was arrested and booked on two charges including attempted aggravated assault, a third-degree felony; and disorderly conduct, an infraction.

Students from Matheson Jr. High and Brockbank Jr. High in Magna organized a peaceful walkout in protest of immigration enforcement Thursday. During the demonstration, police say they received reports that Webb threatened to “hit” and “shoot” protesters…
