SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – A man was arrested on Friday afternoon in connection to an assault and robbery at a Costco parking lot in Salem, according to the Salem Police Department.
Just after noon, officers were sent to the Costco on 27th Avenue Southeast, where they found a woman bleeding from a head wound in the parking lot.
