Property managers of a Corryville condominium complex never got a permit to repair a balcony that collapsed three years later.
The collapse on Oct. 17, 2025, severely injured 10 people who were celebrating their first medical school exams at 242 Stetson St. Since then, those injured are suing the current property manager and all others involved in the upkeep of the balcony.
