Burlington adds sixth central Ohio location with new Grove City store

As various discount stores shutter across the country, a national off-price retailer is expanding its Columbus footprint.

Burlington Stores, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, is slated to open a new Grove City location this spring. The discount apparel, home decor and footwear brand has over 1,200 stores nationwide, five of which are in central Ohio – situated in Easton, Reynoldsburg, Dublin, Hilliard and Polaris, respectively. The new store will be located at 1739 Stringtown Road in the Parkway Center South shopping plaza, on the site of a former Staples.

The Grove City opening, slated for April 3, is part of a broader set of over 20 other Burlington grand openings to take place across the country this spring, according to the company’s website.
