Triad group shares benefits of line dancing

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — More people are stepping in line and learning to dance.  Line dancing is having a moment right now. You may remember back in the 90’s, line dancing became super popular in country music clubs. Now, it is back and set to all genres of music.

Clubs across the country are embracing the new popularity of line dancing and that includes here in the Triad. People pack into the classes taught by the Caro-liners in Greensboro. The group also hosts weekly dance parties. The instructor says people love it because it’s less intimidating than freestyle dancing and approachable for people of any age, from teens to grandparents.
