INDIANAPOLIS — A 19-year-old was sentenced to 37 years in prison after pleading guilty to being responsible for the death of a 15-year-old.
Alan Peregrino was 17 years old when he was accused of flashing around a loaded pistol, equipped with laser sight, while rapping at a Halloween party. The party occurred on Oct. 21, 2023, at a home on E. 20th Street.
