Woman seriously injured after being caught in crossfire of Raleigh shooting, records show

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A woman was seriously injured after a shooting in Raleigh Thursday afternoon, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) said.

Police said the shooting happened in the 4400 block of Kerwin Drive just before 2:30 p.m.

According to MPD, Johnathan Stevenson shot into a car occupied by his ex-girlfriend, her new boyfriend, Pierre Teamer, and their baby inside. Teamer fired shots back, police said.

The woman was shot while shielding the baby and was taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said…
