Rochester, N.Y. – A 65-year-old man is dead after a hit-and-run on the city’s east side on Friday night.
Officers say that around 8:00 pm, they responded to Bay Street, finding the victim, who later died in the hospital.
The striking vehicle did not stay at the scene, and this continues to be an active investigation…
