ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A ribbon-cutting for a new affordable housing complex was held today in Rochester.
Members of the community came together for this next step in “revitalizing Rochester.” This complex is part of the initiative to build affordable housing and the state’s revitalization project. Turning vacant lots into 76 sustainable apartments.
So far, 6,000 new units have been built in Monroe County, including this one…
