TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – An 82-year-old Toledo woman is sharing her experience with an AI voice cloning scam after realizing she was targeted about a year ago, following a recent 13 Action News report on the growing threat.
The woman received a call from an unknown number with someone claiming to be her grandson asking for help and thousands of dollars.
