CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A driver with a history of operating while intoxicated charges crashed into a Linn County Sheriff’s Deputy’s squad car after driving the wrong way on Highway 100 outside Cedar Rapids.
Video shows the deputy earlier tried to get the driver’s attention by jumping the median, running up to the moving vehicle, and flagging him down to stop.
The driver has three previous operating while intoxicated charges dating back to 1999. The driver has not been identified because he has not been charged at this time…
