DES MOINES, Iowa — The left lane of eastbound Interstate 235 was blocked Friday morning after a crash that appears to have resulted in a car landing on top of a pickup truck.
At around 10:30 a.m., the Des Moines Police Department and Des Moines Fire Department responded to a report of a crash in the eastbound lanes of I-235 near the Easton Boulevard exit.

An Iowa Department of Transportation traffic camera shows a car on the top of the bed of a pickup truck.
The DMPD said at least one injury has been reported.
