Bar Serra, the greenhouse-inspired bar and restaurant that became a Tulsa standby in 2022, has quietly slipped into Oklahoma City’s Midtown with a second location. The new glass-fronted space brings the original’s floral accents and spritz-heavy cocktail list to a busy stretch of NW 10th.
