ST. LOUIS – District 2 detectives from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) say they responded to a shooting in South St. Louis that left one person critically injured Friday afternoon.
According to SLMPD, the incident happened around 4 p.m., in which officers received reports of a shooting near the intersection of Chippewa and Tamm Ave. When authorities arrived at the scene, they located the victim, a 21-year-old man, who had suffered gunshot injuries.
