OMAHA, Neb. — Nebraska will see a modest shift toward milder conditions heading into Valentine’s Day weekend, with temperatures rising above recent lows while a mix of rain and snow remains possible through Feb. 20.

Daytime highs on Friday and Saturday are expected to reach the low to mid-30s across eastern Nebraska, including the Omaha and Lincoln areas, while western portions of the state remain slightly cooler. These temperatures hover near or just above freezing, increasing the potential for mixed precipitation during passing systems.
