ST. LOUIS — A national fast-food chain has an aggressive growth strategy planned for the St. Louis region.
Checkers & Rally’s, the combined nationwide fast-food chain that operates as Rally’s in the St. Louis area, wants to nearly double its locations here, a company official said. The chain would like to increase its current 20 locations to reach about 35, said Stephanie Grant, director of real estate for the chain.
The aggressive move to expand in St. Louis coincides with the debut of the chain’s new logo and new prototype design for all its restaurants, with a plan to renovate all existing locations to match the new look, Grant said. That work is ongoing…
