‘Ms. Jimenez hurt me’: Bloodied 3-year-old’s parents sue day care, allege ‘violent’ injuring

A month after a San Antonio-area day care worker was arrested and charged with injuring a 3-year-old on camera, the toddler’s parents have filed a lawsuit seeking millions in damages.

Personal injury firms Kherkher Garcia and Ali Law Group filed a lawsuit Thursday in a Bexar County district court on behalf of Ali and Hoda Ibrahim, the parents of a 3-year-old injured last month at Kidus Daycare in North Bexar County.

The licensed day care called the boy’s mother Jan. 6 after the toddler suffered a head injury. Staff told her the boy was running around in the classroom when he fell and hit his head, but the child told his mother that “Ms. Jimenez hurt me,” according to an arrest affidavit…
