TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — Tulsa County deputies arrested a man accused of stealing $600,000 from a 92-year-old family member with dementia and spending a large portion of it at local casinos.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 71-year-old Billy Jack Cariker at his home in Tulsa on Thursday night.
